Abstract:

In this research, the impact of employee interaction and organizational citizenship behavior in educational centers has been studied. In this study, among the dimensions of interaction and communication between employees, both horizontally and vertically, only the dimension of communication with managers is significantly discussed with self-sacrifice and civic virtue of the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior in communicationر Satisfaction with organizational interaction causes effectiveness, efficiency and organizational productivity, and this conclusion can be more important in educational centers due to the presence of future-making human forces, and it can be said that it is a strong predictor of the results. Among them: job performance and organizational citizenship behavior are behaviors that are defined beyond job duties. The mainmethod of data collection is also library studies.
