Studying the understanding and impression of women working on humiliation and their strategies to deal with(Studying: Women of the Maku City)

AbstractThe humiliation of women working in work environments is one of the common social injuries that can have many consequences.The present study is an attempt to study the understanding and women's imagination of social humiliation and strategies they adopt to social humiliation. To analyze this issue, qualitative method (land survival) has been used And using the targeted sampling method with 40 women working in Moko, the interviewed interview has been conducted. For validity and trust in data, the credit or validity, transmission, adequate trust and confirmation capability are used. After analyzing information based on the three-coding (open, axial, selective) stages on the understanding and impression of women working from humiliation in open encoding stage, 25 concept or open code was extracted, and at the axial stage, after the exact check between the concepts and the bond between the concepts, 5 categories were obtained, indicating the understanding and impression of women working on social humiliation.These categories include gender stereotypes, gender discrimination; violence; defective, and rape of women's rights.With the abstraction and combination of 5 axial categories of research in the selection of selective coding, the ultimate core of the cultural transaction emerged to cover all the axial categories. Also, women are in the position of humiliation with three reactions or strategies: acceptance of existing status, resistance and redevelopment.
