Analysis of the Components of the Political Behavior of Government Officials Based on the Qur'an and Nahj Al-Balagha

The current research with the title "Analysis of the components of the political behavior of government officials based on the Qur'an and Nahj al-Balagha" and with the aim of conducting a research in the analysis of the components of the political behavior of government officials with the index of the Quran and Nahj al-Balagha and with the historical approach and the library and documentary method became.

Since the sources used in this research are verses of the Quran, sermons and letters, and the wisdom of Nahj al-Balagha and books of commentators, a descriptive-analytical method has been used. The theoretical framework of this research is based on five main elements that form the conceptual model of this research. First: Identification of pests and damage to the rulers. Second: the factors and methods of political training and ways to strengthen the positive characteristics of agents. Third: Hazrat's criteria in selecting government officials. Fourth: Examining the manifestations of the Prophet's political ethics after the formation of the government. Fifth: the characteristics and values and behavioral criteria of brokers.

This research has reached the following results the political behavior of government officials affects people's judgment. The effects and consequences of knowing and acting on these components by government officials have effects and consequences. Among other things, the Holy Qur'an has not given up on providing principles and rules for better governance in order to deal with all aspects of human life, and it has presented ways by giving examples in the Qur'an. Also, the infallible imams (peace be upon them) who are speakers of the Qur'an, have addressed this issue. And contemporary man can use the educational components of Quran and Nahj al-Balagheh to manage his political life now and in the future. Amir al-Mu'minin Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) as the best sociologist during the short but successful and fruitful period of his rule of justice, has always paid attention to their guidance in the best way by sending letters to the agents of his government, in order to raise awareness and raise their political literacy.

The more informed the society, the more efficient the officials will be, and the correct education of two groups of people and its government has two-way consequences and effects in the political dimension. Agents should try to preach less to people and enter the field in a practical way to solve problems. However, by putting a rail in the people's lifestyle and putting the morality and character of the martyrs at the forefront, they should implement their plans and duties in a desirable way. The government should create courses in universities that specifically train the responsible elements to take government seats. That one or more people come and take responsibility without even being familiar with the principles and rules in the field of politics is contrary to the goals of creating a competent and efficient government.
