Modeling of Role of Sustainable Development model on the Achievement of Iranian Sport Entrepreneurship Goals with Emphasis in Business Experience

The present study aimed to provide a model for the role of sustainable development on achieving the goals of sports entrepreneurship in Iran with an emphasis on business experience.

The statistical population of the study was sports management professors and elites and sports entrepreneurs in the country. According to the Cochran's sample size formula of unlimited communities, 385 sports entrepreneurs were selected as the research sample. After distribution of questionnaires, 361 of which were returned correctly. Sampling method was available. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire focusing on three components of sports entrepreneurship goals (seven Subcomponent), sustainable development (six Subcomponent) and business experience (two Subcomponent), the content validity of which was confirmed by 12 professors of sports management. Data analysis was assessed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. Structural equation modeling test was used with PLS software.

The results of the research model showed that the path of sustainable development to the business experience with an effect factor (0.626) had the greatest effect among the variables. The path of sustainable development to achieve the goals of sports entrepreneurship with an impact factor (0.515) was in the next category and the path of business experience to achieve the goals of sports entrepreneurship with an impact factor (0.425) had the least effect among other variables

In a general conclusion, it should be stated that development is a continuous matter that includes various aspects such as economic, social, cultural, political, etc. So holism is one of the features of development. Therefore, it is clear that entrepreneurship is operationalized through sustainable development and can play a key role.
