Investigating the Impact of Career Management on Staff promotability with the Mediating Role of Perception of Internal employability (Case Study: Staff of a military training center)

Abstract:
Today, the dynamics of systems and rapid changes in the environment around the organization has led to the development and management of the right career management has a special place in job design and career advancement of employees. Career management involves well-structured and structured planning that leads to employees' success in career advancement. Promotibility as one of the variables related to the career management includes the ability of the individual to take higher positions in the organization and the employability internal as an effective factor on the Promotibility of current employees of the organization affects better career management. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature. The statistical population of this study included all employees of Staff of a military training center, numbering 461 people, which according to Cochran's formula, the sample size was 210 people. Research data using Individual Career Management Questionnaire of Noe (1996), Organizational Career Management of De vos et al. (2011), Caruso Scalability (2018) And the internal employability of Rutwell and Arnold (2007) were collected. The validity of the questionnaire was assessed using content and structure validity, and the reliability was assessed and confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, convergent, divergent and Staff of a military training center reliability indices. The research model was analyzed by Smart-PLS software. Findings of this study showed that career path management has a positive and significant effect on promotionality. Also, the ability to hire internally strengthens the effect of career path management on scalability.
