Study and analysis of the jurisprudential principles of the sanctity of disruption in the economic system and its relationship with social and national security

The word "disruption" has been used many times in various laws, but the legislature has not yet provided a precise definition of the term in any law. Examining the reasons mentioned in Islamic Sharia and also the ruling spirit of Sharia shows that the issuance of many rulings and one of the ultimate goals of the jurisprudential laws, is related to the protection of the people's livelihood system and the Shari'a at the time of the issuance and implementation of rulings, He has never been unaware of the obstacles and factors that disrupt people's lives. The main issue of the present article is the study of the jurisprudential principles of the sanctity of economic disruption in the three areas of production, distribution and consumption. This research has been compiled with reference to library sources and qualitative interpretive method and seeks to answer the question that what is the specific basis for various areas of disruption in the economic system? The results of the research show that the jurisprudential principles in the field of production include: unhealthy economic circulation in the whole society, smuggling of goods and currency and corruption on earth. These jurisprudential principles in the field of distribution are: compensation for the devaluation of money, injustice and class distance and monopoly. Also, the jurisprudential principles in the field of consumption include the following: extravagance and waste, and non-observance of consumer rights.
