Abstract:

Inter-regional and intra-regional disparities are a major problem in the regional development of developing countries.These inequalities are the result of polar growth policies and these inequalities are contrary to the principles of sustainable, balanced and justice-oriented development.The main concern of these countries has always been to achieve a balanced development. Contrary to regional development policies in Iran Based on reducing the gap between different regions and creating a balance in regional development, there are still some regions and districts They suffer from a lack of basic services and facilities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of social and cultural gaps caused by unbalanced development In the Makran coastal area, a researcher-made questionnaire is designed and then calculated Reliability and its narrator among the statistical sample of 484 women and men living in Makran region with 88761 people was distributed.
