The function of the mosque in reducing the crisis caused by marginalization (a case study of Shahrari)

Marginalization is a consequence of the industrial revolution and the result of accelerated industrialization and regional inequalities, and it is one of the obvious manifestations of urban poverty that appears in an unplanned way, inside or around cities. Currently, the phenomenon of marginalization in cities has become an acute social problem. The purpose of this research is to investigate marginalization as a crisis and to reduce the consequences of marginalization with the help of the mosque and of course on a case-by-case basis in the city of Ray, and the question that the researcher is trying to answer is: What are the appropriate solutions? with the existing capacities in the mosque to reduce the crisis caused by marginalization. This article collected information through interview method and analyzed the obtained information with the help of content analysis method. The results obtained from the research show that the mosque can play an important role in reducing marginalization, so that these roles can be placed in two external and internal areas, and the following functions can be performed in order to reduce marginalization by The mosque was named: Attracting young people to the mosque, forming cultural stands, creating mosque loans for people, using the expertise and skills of young people, social skills training, dispute councils in mosques, creating counseling centers in mosques for couples, etc. .
