Abstract:

Informational perspectives are the starting point of another environmental preference model developed by Rachel and Stephen Kaplan. This model is often referred to as "priority matrix". Stephen Kaplan describes two types of attitudes towards the environment that can respond to a person's information needs. On the one hand, a person can be actively involved in the environment, for example, exploring the environment. On the other hand, a person can try to understand the environment. When a person enters a new environment, he expresses emotions such as happiness, sadness, fear, anger, etc. But sometimes a person feels that there is no distance between himself and the environment and it is as if he has lived in that environment for a long time. First of all, it should be stated that the emergence of emotions is the result of two complex mental processes, called perception and In the first process of cognition, data is collected by the five senses, and when several senses are stimulated simultaneously, the data sent to the body's nerve center has a deeper impact on the cognition process. Received information is processed and recovered and finally feelings are expressed. Does he know about the environment? This article defines how the feeling of belonging to a place emerges and how the five senses work and the effect that the senses have on the emergence of a sense of belonging to the environment, and then by studying the characteristics of the role of the world and matching it with the principles presented, we reach this conclusion. That the cultural, economic, political data, personal experiences and memories that a person has learned during his life have an effect on the data received by the five senses and cause a sense of belonging to a place in a person.
