Investigating the role of performance appraisal and organizational learning on the development of green human resource management of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance
The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of performance appraisal and organizational learning on the development of green human resource management. The research method is descriptive survey. The statistical population of this research includes all managers and employees of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in 1400, numbering 2951 individuals. Using stratified sampling method proportional to the sample size and based on Morgan table, 340 people were estimated as the sample size. The research instruments included three questionnaires: performance appraisal, organizational learning, and human resource development. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by academic experts. The reliability of the questionnaires was estimated through Cronbach's alpha for the performance appraisal questionnaire (0.87), organizational learning (0.93), and human resource development (0.90). Data analysis was performed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS23 and PLS software. The findings were analyzed using correlation method and structural equation modeling. The results revealed that there is a relationship between performance appraisal and the development of green human resource management (r = 0.19); there is also a relationship between organizational learning and human resource development (r = 0.28). All hypotheses were confirmed.
