Analysis of the effect of strengthening the development of rural housingloans (case study: Villages in the central part of Shahriyar city)

The purpose of this study is to rehabilitate the central part of Shahriar city. In the central part of Shahriar city, 614 residential units have been rehabilitated in a period of 6 years, which coincides with the fourth development plan. In order to determine the sample size Cochran's formula was used, based on this formula, 120 villagers who used the granted facilities were selected. The research method of the present study is field documents. In the field studies, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. Validity and reliability of the research instrument Cronbach's alpha method was used. To test the hypotheses and also to prioritize the factors and items effective in the effectiveness of reinforcement facilities, one-sample t-test and Pearson and linear regression tests were used. However, it is a fact that among the factors affecting the effectiveness of rehabilitation facilities, the most important factors were the management of the facilities and the level of household income and the level of awareness of the villagers, respectively
