Nostalgia is an important concept in the issues of identity and political culture of the society. The hypothesis of the article is that due to the existence of two basic components of nostalgia, i.e. despair of the present and longing for the past, today's society is faced with livelihood problems, an unfavorable image of the future and a feeling of hopelessness for the improvement of the situation, and to relieve the pain, to He leaves his heart with a past that has been removed from any shortcomings and hardships and has found a surreal space in his mind. This psychological foundation built in the society provided the ground for ignoring any kind of deficiency, crime, deprivation, oppression, tyranny, dependence, etc. in the minds of the people of the Pahlavi period and in building a surreal society and purifying the crimes of the Pahlavis by currents and media. The meaning of the Islamic Republic and tendency to reaction plays a role.
