Study the the impact of social capital on the empowerment of employees of Maqsood chini factories in Mashhad
Empowerment is a process during which employees become aware of their abilities, creativity and skills and strengthen the courage to achieve the goal. Many researchers are of the opinion that employee empowerment cannot be limited to economic, environmental, infrastructure, physical and informational, educational and promotional factors, but another factor called social capital is also effective on this process. Based on this, the present research was conducted with a quantitative approach with the aim of investigating the impact of social capital on the empowerment of employees of Maqsood porcelain factories in Mashhad. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of nature. Research information and data have been collected through documentary and field methods, and the main tool for collecting research findings has been the standard questionnaires "employee empowerment of Spritzer (2442) and social capital of Nahapit and Ghoshal (9111)". The statistical population of the research includes all 9044 employees of Maqsood porcelain factories in Mashhad. The size of the research sample was determined based on Morgan's table of 241 people. A simple random sampling method was used to select the sample. The validity of the measurement tool (questionnaire) has been achieved through content and reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 44140. SPSS24 software was used for statistical analysis and linear regression analysis method was used to test the hypotheses. The findings of the research show that considering that the T statistic of the research hypothesis test is greater than 9411 and its significance level is less than 4440, it can be concluded that at the confidence level of 10 4/ Social capital and its dimensions (structural, cognitive and relational) have a significant and positive effect on the empowerment of employees of Maqsood Chinese factories in Mashhad.
