Identifying and Evaluating Mooc-Based Model Components for Training Municipal Employees
The present research was conducted with the aim of identifying and evaluating the components of the mooc-based model for the training of municipal employees.
the aforementioned research is fundamental-applied in terms of its purpose; In terms of data, it is a mixed method (first qualitative and then quantitative) with an exploratory approach, and in terms of the implementation of the research in the qualitative phase, it is of the content analysis type, and in terms of the nature and type of study in the qualitative dimension, it is conventional content analysis, and in terms of the implementation of the research in the quantitative phase, it is a cross-sectional survey. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part included 15 experts, experts and specialists. To determine the sample size in this section, a non-random, purposeful sampling method was used. In the quantitative part, the statistical population included employees in the queue units and headquarters of Tehran Municipality, who were selected in total 60 people. The tools of the qualitative part were semi-structured interviews, and in the quantitative part, researcher-made questionnaires were used. The validity and reliability of the measurement tool was discussed and confirmed. (In order to analyze the data in the qualitative part, the coding method derived from conventional content analysis method was used, and in the quantitative part, factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used.
The results of the research showed that the components of the Mooc model include, including, goals, audience determination, needs assessment, feasibility, title selection, title type, platform selection, content, support, interactive platform, audience engagement, were the evaluation strategy and the components affecting it included information technology, management, scientific/professional qualification.
The implementation of MOK educational model in the municipality can have a significant impact on the performance of employees. The implementation of these courses by improving the literacy level of municipal employees in each job unit they are working in will make them better define their job and show better efficiency and effectiveness
