In the follow-up phase, the effectiveness of the implementation of self-management training packages and emotion management and integration for the comprehensive welfare variables and the sense of belonging to the school continued. Therefore, the implementation of self-management, emotion and integration management training package for mothers of female adolescents can reduce their children's moral and educational incompatibility by increasing their overall well-being and sense of belonging to the school. Therefore, it is necessary for experts and psychologists in this field to pay more attention to the psychological dimensions of these trainings.
In explaining these findings, it can be said that if emotions are expressed in an uncontrolled way, not only do they not have biological and social functions, but they are also harmful.
