Identifying and Ranking the Characteristics of Quantum Leaders: The Fuzzy Vikor Approach

The purpose of this study was to identify and rank the the characteristics of quantum leaders. This research is an applied research from purpose point of view and in terms of how data is collected, it is a survey research. The statistical population consisted of the experts of higher education leadership. Seven of them were selected by purposeful sampling method. The research instrument was a researcher – made questionnaire whose face and content validity was confirmed by experts. . The collected data were analyzed using fuzzy Vikor method. The findings of the study showed that from the perspective of the experts of the higher education leadership, 5 characteristics of, "establishes a balance between order and chaos", "instead of accurately predicting events and phenomena, estimates the probability of their occurrence", "facilitates the process of self-organization" "Considers relationships as valuable opportunities for learning" and "strengthens social relationships" respectively, among 25 features extracted are of the highest importance
