The Role of Fiduciary in Socio-Political DevelopmentFrom the Perspective of Quran and Narrations

The present study aims to explain the role of fiduciary duty in religious teachings on socio-political development. One of the important educational principles of Islam is maintaining trusteeship. Because God has placed man with the will and authority to achieve perfection, which is the final growth and progress of man, by maintaining the divine trust. Therefore, the trustee believes in maintaining the trust for personal and socio-political development. The present study seeks to answer the question according to religious teachings, what role does fiduciary play in socio-political development? The research method was descriptive-analytical. The results showed that according to the teachings of Islam, fiduciary duty has two instances of commitment and expertise that lead to professional meritocracy and committed meritocracy and socio-political progress, and non-adherence to any of them leads the Islamic society to backwardness.
