Analysis of the psychological dimensions effective on the success of tourism entrepreneurs with an emphasis on the components of optimism and resilience (Case study: Mazandaran province)
The study analyses two psychological dimension's affecting the success of tourism entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of optimism and resilience components with respect to the mediating variable of job satisfaction on the success of tourism entrepreneurs in Mazandaran province. The research method is descriptive-analytical. Therefore, by collecting questionnaires from entrepreneurs in different sectors of tourism, including ecotourism resorts, tourist guides, forest eco-camps and recreational complexes in, this issue was studied in the field. The collected data were processed 2019 based on Spss 16 and Smart pls 3 software. The results show that the optimism and resilience variables can explain 47.3% of the variance of the job satisfaction variable and the job satisfaction variable can explain 38% of the success variable. Finally, it can be concluded that resilience and optimism through job satisfaction lead to the success of tourism entrepreneurs.
