Abstract:
The aim of this study was to investigate the level of people's satisfaction with the performance of police stations and police stations in Northern Khorasan province in 1397 and compare it with 1396. This research is a type of descriptive survey and quasi-panel process. Data collection was performed by a "researcher-made questionnaire." The statistical population of the study included the population over 17 years of age of the province. Due to the dispersion of the study population, each of the cities of the province, including 51 police stations and police stations (Coup), was considered as an independent statistical population. In 1397, the number was 2335 and in 1396 it was 2050. The research findings show that the highest average score of satisfaction in 1397 is related to the indicators of "creating a sense of security", "police competence of employees", "accuracy of action" and "resources and facilities". In each of the two years studied, the indicators of "educating and informing the people", "crime detection" and "fight against crime and corruption" have gained the lowest rank among the eleven indicators. According to the total satisfaction scores in the studied indicators, among the cities of the province, the Disciplinary Command of "Raz and Jorglan" city had the best performance in attracting the satisfaction of citizens in both studied years and three major cities of the province (Shirvan, Esfarayen and Bojnourd). Compared to other cities, they have performed poorly in satisfying the people. Explaining this requires further research.
