Examining the nature of the headship of the wife and its effect on the economic relations of the family

Family stands for one of the key institutions of the society. Over the history, human society has experienced changes and transformations; and consequently, directly affected by the society, the family institution has undergone these alterations.  This research is of theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books and articles. Ethical Considerations: In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.  On the other hand, the family law rules and regulations experience some changes. According to Article 1105 of the Civil Code, the headship of the family is assigned to the husband.  What the nature of the headship is has occupied the minds of jurists and lawyers that how this declaratory law has been forged by the legislator and if it has not experienced the legislator and the lawyer’s forgery, then by where were this institution’s founder and discoverer inspired.
