Investigating the impact of social media participation on green management (case study of employees of Shahrekord industrial companies)
The main goal of this research is to investigate the impact of social media participation on green management (case study of Shahrekord industrial company employees). The current research is practical in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this research is 3000 people from Shahrekord industrial companies, 219 people were selected as a sample using Morgan's table and the questionnaire was distributed among them by simple random sampling method. ) and green management questionnaire was used. SPSS and PLS software were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The results showed that the amount of use of social media, the type of use of social media and the amount of trust in users in social media have a positive effect on green management. This means that with people's easy access to cyberspace and social networks, the Internet has become an inseparable part of life. In order to make optimal use of the created space, companies are trying to use this opportunity optimally and to their advantage and improve the management of Saber.
