Abstract:

In the religion of Islam, from the very beginning of its formation, both in Islamic texts (Qur'an and Hadith) and in the practice and behavior of the leaders of the religion, the importance of social rights in terms of preserving human dignity and providing the foundations of a healthy religious society, in many and frequent ways. It has been mentioned that action towards the realization of these rights is considered as the joint duties of the individual and the Islamic state, and a special legal and executive system has been designed for that. The purpose of approving social laws is to implement programs that provide benefits and social services, in accordance with the official laws of each country. Social rights are to meet individual needs and increase social integration and cohesion.The method of this research is descriptive-analytical. The enemies of Islam aim to destroy the mental health of the society by taking Islamic culture and beliefs, and this is where the Islamic lifestyle comes into play, which has a special place.
