Abstract:

Health security is the activities and actions across government boundaries that reduce public health incidents to ensure community health. Health security is one of the pillars of human security and prerequisites for sustainable development. Communicable diseases are one of the main threats to human health. All-round community participation, fundamental investment in the vital components of the health system, strengthening the care system and laboratory network, and most importantly, the promotion of primary health care will be essential and crucial for health security. Cooperation and interaction at the regional and international levels are also considered inevitable requirements of health security. Health security is created only when there is a resilient health system and the problems and obstacles of the economic, commercial, and environmental determinants of health have been answered well. The permanent participation and role-playing of the country's healthcare network is of the highest importance for providing and maintaining health security.
