Abstract:

The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between serum C-reactive protein (CRP) levels and the mortality rate of patients who were admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU), starting from the time of discharge until two months later. In this study, 125 patients admitted to the ICU were studied. The patients’ demographic data and physical examination, particularly the exact level of CRP obtained through questionnaires.
