Evaluation and measurement of social sustainability indicators in the neighborhoods of Pars-Abad city (Maghan)

In Iran, during the past decades, the scale of the neighborhood of the ring has been neglected in the official system of spatial planning. The purpose of this research is to evaluate and measure the indicators of social stability in the neighborhoods of Parsabad city. The present research is a descriptive-analytical type of research and is applied in terms of its purpose. which were selected using random sampling method and through Cochran's sub-formula and samples in the amount of 383 people.The measurement tools of the research are social sustainability questionnaire, and in the neighborhoods of Pars-Abad city, content validity was used to determine the validity of the questionnaire, and Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine the internal reliability, and they are acceptable. Discussion The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used for the normality of the data. After confirming the normality of the data, to test the research hypotheses, the multivariate regression parametric test was used to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable of the research factors. SPSS software was used for data analysis. .The results of the research showed that the status of social stability indicators is meaningful with the neighborhoods in Pars-Abad city, so from these results it can be concluded that social stability and also creating a positive attitude in urban neighborhoods, which leads to social participation and a sense of belonging. can be used
