Presenting a training model for drug supply chain management of the Armed Forces of Iran in order to prepare for and deal with the crisis of natural disasters
Drug supply chain management is one of the important areas in crises caused by natural disasters, which covers the management of the supply of drugs, vaccines, blood and blood products, etc. This study aims to investigate training in the management of the Drug supply chain of the armed forces in order to prepare for natural disasters. The statistical population of the research is academic and military experts in the field of supply chain management and natural disaster crisis management, and 16 of them were selected as a sample using the purposeful sampling method. Also, the qualitative analysis of the research data was done using thematic analysis method. In the first phase of the research, using semi-structured interviews, the dimensions and components of training in the management of the Drug supply chain of the armed forces against natural disasters were identified. The results showed that in order to deal with natural disasters, it is necessary to equip human resources in the fields of relief training, Drug knowledge training, rules and regulations training, individual capabilities, requirements and technical training for Drug supply chain management research. In the second phase of the research, the validity and validation of the identified indicators were investigated using the content validity ratio (CVI) criterion, and the results based on the opinion of experts showed that the extracted indicators of the research have acceptable validity.
