The Relationship between the Robot-based Management and Organizational Time Management: The Mediating Role of Human-Ethical Relations
Web-based management is a new management philosophy and strategy supported by a system and a technology that is created to create an interactive relationship in a collaborative environment with the environment in order to achieve mutual benefits. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the management based on behavior and organizational time management with the mediating role of human-ethical relations.
The research method is descriptive correlation type. The statistical population is all managers of the Islamic Azad University of Hormozgan province, and 201 people were selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling. A standard questionnaire was used to collect data. Then the data were analyzed using structural equations in SPSS statistical software.
The obtained results show that there is a relationship between robot-based management and organizational time management, and it was found that robot-based management has a positive and significant relationship with organizational time management with the mediating role of human-ethical relations.
It can be stated that web-based management networks are accessible at all hours of the day and at any place, and they can be accessed easily and communicate with many people in the shortest time. Therefore, according to the ability of management based on the relationship development and time management, the importance of human-ethical relationships in this field should be considered.
