Identifying and explaining the Strategic Components of Martyr Soleimani School by using Grounded Theory

In recent years, Iran has projected its power across the Middle East. The fundamental architect of validating this policy is Major General Qassem Soleimani. Undeniably , Soleimani is the pioneer of an unparalleled strategy and the most powerful General in the Middle East. In addition , he is also one of Iran’s most popular figures. Despite the ongoing economic problems, Iran has transformed itself into one of the premier military and diplomatic powers in the Middle East nowadays.The main purpose of this study is to identify and explain the Strategic Components of Soleimani School using the Grounded Theory .The present research is an innovative study with regard to the identification and explanation of the key factors of the Soleimani School employing the qualitative method and MAXQDA software. In this research Grounded Theory was adopted and for gathering the data in-depth interviews were conducted with 40 pundits. The main criterion for determining the sample size was to reach the theoretical saturation point .All the sample subjects were selected using a targeted approach. Data coding and analysis were carried out in three stages. Finally, the paradigm model of the key factors for the Soleimani School was formed by using Grounded Theory. According to the results of this research,7 categories were identified that included: the Infallible Imams' schools of thought, the elixirs from faithful living, the matchless pattern of a God-seeker who served in military , strengthening the unity of the Islamic nations and national solidarity,producing the social capital
