This research has been done with the aim of extracting the grammar of urban design in valuable contexts with an emphasis on the historical context of Sistan, and the most important question in this regard is what are the components of the grammar of urban design in Sistan? The method of conducting this research is a combination of descriptive, analytical and case methods. The results of theoretical studies indicate that the components affecting the form and physical space of the city include geographical, climatic, cultural, social, physical and urban landscape components. The grammar of urban design in Sistan region is affected by the aspects and cultural and geographical variables of identity, which is manifested in the form of texture. which can be seen in the external view of the structure in the form of domes, mesh valves, spiers and facades. Most of these forms and components and elements of the physical space, in addition to the climatic and functional aspects, have a cultural facet that creates the unique Sistani lifestyle influenced by the above-mentioned components.
