Central justice in the rights of men and women from the perspective of the Qur'an and its function on the institution of the family
From the beginning, the Holy Quran has been a revival of the rights of men and women in various human fields. The Holy Qur'an, based on the principle of justice, has established equal rights with regard to the physical structure of men and women; Therefore, from the point of view of human essence, there is no difference between men and women, and in some fields, what has become the reason for male superiority is only related to legal ties, which cultural fields and capacities, It has social and historical influence. The Holy Qur'an considers the purpose of human creation in the form of male and female to be peace and emphasizes on forming a family and marriage. It introduces the family as a safe haven for people and a place where the talents of its members flourish. This research, using a descriptive- analytical method, aims to investigate justice-oriented as a fundamental infrastructure in the rights of men and women and its effect and function in the family system. Based on the findings of this research, in the perspective of Islamic vision, the rights of women and men in the family system in the realm of categories such as dignity, freedom (with an emphasis on its Quranic meaning), the enjoyment of education and in the field of political and social issues according to the role and the special work of men and women has followed the principle of justice-oriented; In such a way that the mentioned cases have their constructive effects in the direction of stability and regularity of the family institution and doubles its efficiency.
