The application of the principle of gradation in the legalization of Islamic hijab based on the historical order of revelation of the verses; Quranic model of hijab promotion
Examining the quality of the legalization of rulings with regard to the historical order of revelation of surahs and verses opens a new window in the analysis of jurisprudence rulings and the model of the method of understanding, deepening and propagating them in the society. The present research aims to answer the question of what was the process of legislating the rule of Islamic hijab based on the historical order of the revelation of the verses and what kind of propaganda model does it provide. Based on the principle of gradation in the psychology of learning, it is arranged in four chapters and six stages. According to the historical order, in the surahs of Araaf (38), Nahl, surah (70 Ahzab surah) (90) and Noor (surah 103), veiling and hijab have been explicitly or implicitly mentioned. These steps are started from the expression of human's natural need for clothing, then the means of preparing the clothing and its ornaments are mentioned, and then the natural function of the clothing, which is protection from heat and cold, is mentioned. In the fourth stage, the specific hijab of women and daughters of the Prophet (PBUH) and women of the believers is legislated, and in the fifth stage, the general sharia hijab is legislated, and the last stage is the leave for elderly women. Surahs such as Surah Tur (34 p., Surah (38), Yaqeeh (Surah 46), Safat (Surah (56), Al-Rahman Surah (97) can be seen) Hijab presented a new way and firstly used thought and then motivated and introduced examples to shape chaste behavior and life.
