Designing a Pattern of Responsibility of Managers based on Nahj Al-Balaghah in the Framework of the Fundamental Transformation Document of Education: A Qualitative Research
The responsibility of managers plays an important role inimproving the management of the organization. As a result, thepurpose of this research was designing a pattern of responsibility ofmanagers based on Nahj Al-Balaghah in the framework of thefundamental transformation document of education.
The present study in terms of purpose wasapplied and in terms of implementation method was qualitative. Theresearch population was academic experts and education specialistsof Iran in 2021 year, which according to the principle of theoreticalsaturation number of 15 people of them were selected as a sampleby purposive and snowball sampling method. The data collectiontool was a deep semi-structured interview that whose validity wasconfirmed by the triangulation method and its reliability wasobtained by the agreement coefficient method between the twocoders 0.88. Finally, the data were analyzed by thematic analysismethod in MAXQDA software.
The findings showed that for pattern of responsibility ofmanagers based on Nahj Al-Balaghah in the framework of thefundamental transformation document of education identified 42concepts in the form of 14 sub-themes and 7 themes. The themeswere included courage (with 2 sub-themes of courageous decisionsand attention to public interest), reliance (with 2 sub-themes ofunderstanding the existence of God inside and outside), destiny(with 2 sub-themes of deep answering to fundamental questions andunderstanding different meanings of life), values (with 2 sub-themesof unhappiness for the sorrow of others and strong connectionbetween daily affairs and spirituality), punctuality (with 2 subthemes of regularity and affairs organization), existentialparticipation (with 2 sub-themes of contemplation and thoughtability and avoidance of arbitrariness) and self-health (with 2 subthemes of ability to identifying the transcendent dimensions ofyourself and others.)
According to the results of the present research,planning to improve the responsibility of managers is essentialthrough the main themes of courage, reliance, destiny, values,punctuality, existential participation and self-health and with usingsub-themes and concepts.
