The occurrence of bribery in administrative organizations due to the defects and weaknesses observed in the legislative system can be attributed to factors such as the lack of transparency of laws, the complexity of regulations, the inflation of the legal system, the incompatibility of laws with the daily needs of society, the lack of legal regulations necessary to register assets and declare them to the judiciary. , the lack of rule of law depends on the economic laws and other defects of the legislative system. In order to reduce this ominous phenomenon, it is necessary to eliminate the shortcomings and weaknesses of the legislative system and to eliminate their influence in the occurrence of bribery.
