The mediating role of positive psychological mechanisms in the influence of perceived organizational support on work attachment

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is the effect of perceived organizational support on work attachment; Emphasizing the mediating role of positive psychological mechanisms. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of nature and method. The research was conducted among the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in Yazd, and based on the total sample size, 97 questionnaires were completed among 130 eligible people. The data collection tool is the governorship questionnaires that exist in this field. The validity and reliability of the measurement model indicate that the model has good validity and reliability. The results of hypothesis testing by SMART-PLS software showed that perceived organizational support has a moderate, direct, indirect, and significant effect on work attachment and a strong, direct, and significant effect on success and prosperity. It has a weak, direct, and significant effect on work attachment and a medium, direct, and significant effect. Finally, success and prosperity can play a mediating role in the effect of perceived organizational support on work attachment. With the design model, it can be expected that the said department can resort to the perceived organizational support in order to increase the work attachment, and if it wants to have a greater impact on the work attachment of its employees, it should be able to find the success and prosperity mechanisms that are variables. The mediator in this research was proposed to intervene.
