Factors and contexts of mass conflict in ethnically diverse areas (Case study: Aligudarz city, Lorestan province in the period 2013-2015)
the phenomenon of strife and conflict in society, by creating disruptions in social relations, has created an atmosphere full of hatred, hatred and enmity among people, and by setting the stage for creating strife and subsequent tensions, the society has become materially and It damages the soul. Despite this, how to deal with this phenomenon has been the concern of the guardians of order and social security. In this research, the factors affecting the occurrence of mass conflicts in Aliguderz city were investigated in the form of three categories of social, cultural and economic factors, which are derived from the theoretical foundations and views of social thinkers.
In terms of the type of achievement and goal, the current research is applied, and in terms of the research method, it is a "descriptive-analytical" qualitative study. The method of data collection was using a semi-structured interview tool with the participating community of 30 people. The findings were analyzed using thematic analysis technique.
The obtained findings show that, from the point of view of the statistical community, the areas of group fights in Aliguderz city are: "social" areas with 10 components and an influence index of 47%; "Cultural" fields with 8 components and an impact index of 33% and "Economic" fields with 9 components and an impact index of 20%.
The obtained results show that in order to prevent mass conflict and also to have stable public security in the studied area, it is necessary to plan according to the components related to the three fields of "social", "economic" and "cultural".
