Analysis of factors affecting the empowerment of women faculty members of Islamic Azad University
The main purpose of this article is to identify and analyze the factors affecting the empowerment of women faculty members of Islamic Azad University. The research method is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). . To conduct this research, in addition to document study, thematic analysis technique with MAXQDA12 software was used. The statistical population was all the faculty members of the Islamic Azad Universities in Tehran, after conducting 20 theoretical saturation interviews, and in the quantitative part, the statistical population was all the female faculty members of the Islamic Azad Universities in Tehran. The number of samples was 327 who were selected by stratified sampling from 6 academic fields. In the quantitative part, structural equations were used to fit the sample. The results showed that 4 dimensions, 11 components and 42 indicators were designed for the empowerment of women faculty members, and finally, in the structural equation model, it was determined that political factors with a coefficient of 0.854 have the highest impact and legal and legal factors with a coefficient of 0.722 have the lowest impact.
