Abstract:

A study of the different interpretations of the initial verses of Surah Abas has indicated two different reasons for the revelation of these verses. Accepting each of them requires reasons and requirements and has consequences and effects. The vast majority of Sunni interpretations and a small number of Shia commentators consider the subject of the verse "Abas and Tully" to be the Prophet (PBUH) and seek help from the traditions and the context of the verses, and many Shia scholars and theologians consider the subject of this verb to be personal. Other than His Holiness, they consider the outlines of the Qur'anic verses, the Prophet's life, historical facts, the context of the relevant verses, and the rational reason for the necessity of the Prophets' infallibility as proofs. Therefore, the main question of the research is: "Is the hypothesis of the rebuke of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in the initial verses of Surah Abs compatible with reason and narration?" or not Who is the main audience of this article? Why?"
This research is descriptive, analytical and based on library data, while expressing both views and examining the reasons for both, it was proved that the Prophet (PBUH) was considered grumpy in this historical event, contrary to his infallibility, contrary to other verses. Karima and Sirah are certain of His Holiness.
