Abstract:

In today's world and its particular economic conditions, organizations alone can not cope with unpredictable changes in customer expectations or competitors' attack on the market. The expansion of markets and products has shifted competition from company to level between supply chains, and focusing on improving the performance of these chains is the only way to gain a competitive advantage in today's global business market.
Supply chain is a network of facilities and distribution centers that perform the tasks of preparing and supplying raw materials, converting them into final products and intermediaries and distributing these final products to customers. Companies today need to create orderly integration in all production processes - from raw material to the final consumer.
Production planning is one of the inseparable pillars of production. As production conditions become more complex, overall production planning plays an important role in the success of manufacturing companies. One of the undeniable facts in the supply chain is uncertainty.
Uncertainty in the supply chain always has adverse effects such as delays, incomplete orders and imposing additional costs on the production system. Therefore, one of the important goals of general production planning is to generalize centralized planning from a single company to all supply chain entities and to consider all factors affecting production in such a way that the prepared program is able to respond to the lack of Have available certainties.
The most important challenge facing production planning is identifying uncertainties and choosing the right approach to deal with this phenomenon. In this article, while stating the background and theoretical foundations of production planning and integrated production, it tries to examine the strategies and strategies of integrated production planning in the uncertain supply chain in companies.
