Explanation of the components of the professional qualifications of art teachers
The current research was conducted with the aim of explaining the professional qualifications of art teachers in two quantitative and qualitative sections. The first phase of the research was conducted in the framework of the qualitative research tradition using the grounded theory method with a systematic approach. Based on the principle of theoretical saturation, a semi-structured exploratory interview was conducted on 15 art teachers using the purposeful sampling method (snowball). To measure the reliability of the data, the three-tier method was used. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part was the grounded theory approach. Based on this, the data were analyzed during three stages of coding (open, central and selective). The result of the qualitative output was 97 open codes, 18 central codes and 8 selective codes. The research method in the quantitative, descriptive-survey phase, and the statistical population of the quantitative part included 362 art teachers in Shiraz, of which 187 were selected by available sampling based on Cochran's formula. The data collection tool in the quantitative part of the researcher-made questionnaire was derived from the qualitative phase, the content and form validity of which was confirmed by 15 experts, and the validity of the structure was carried out using confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the tool was estimated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.7. The data were analyzed quantitatively using SPSS26 and 3 Smart pls statistical software.
