Modeling the effect of difficult employees on the performance of police commanders and police stations with the mediating role of organizational silence
Today, most organizations are facing numerous challenges in the field of employees in terms of behavior and ethics, and solving these challenges will improve performance. In this regard, difficult employees can affect the performance of police commanders. The present study was conducted with the aim of modeling the effect of difficult employees on the performance of coop commanders with the mediating role of organizational silence.
This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of survey type. The statistical population of this study consists of 290 KOP commanders, of which 165 were selected as a statistical sample. The data of this research was analyzed in SPSS and PLS Smart software packages.
The findings show that difficult employees have a direct effect on the performance of coop commanders and organizational silence with a mediating role has a significant effect on the performance of coop commanders.
The results of the research show that in order to improve the performance of coop commanders in the implementation of current and assigned missions as well as the set goals, managers should have the necessary skills and ability to guide difficult employees from unproductive situations to improve performance and working relationships. e.
