Identifying and explaining the platforms and effective factors in the training and empowerment of IRGC cultural managers

Abstract:
The most important asset of the organization is the capable human capital. In order to achieve this property, it is necessary to plan and implement training and empowerment courses, and among the most important variables in this matter are: platforms and effective factors in training and empowerment. The purpose of the current research is to identify and explain the platforms and effective factors in the training and empowerment of IRGC cultural managers, which is an applied purpose and a type of qualitative research that was conducted based on the exploratory method, and to increase its validity, Lincoln and Goba methods (acceptability, verifiability, dependence and transmissibility) were used. The statistical population of the research was strategic cultural managers and staff who were selected by purposeful sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis and interpretive analysis were used to analyze them. After analyzing and organizing the findings, it was determined: "suitable place, equipment and tools, systems, interest and motivation of cultural managers to education" as platforms and "expert and knowledgeable professors, interested learners, suitable educational text and content, and efforts of managers" Arshad to education" as elements and "documents and documentation, systems and information technology, skills and capabilities, organizational culture and communication and interactions" as strategic factors, have the greatest effect in training and empowering the cultural managers of the IRGC.
