The Relateship between Prior Adjustment in Financial statements with Stock Price, Size and Company's life listed in the Iranian Stock Exchange

This study reports the relationship between prior adjustments in financial statements with stock price, size and corporate's life. Assumption of this study is as follows: 1- There is a specific relationship between stock price and prior adjustments. 2- There is a specific relationship between prior adjustments and company's size. 3- There is a specific relationship between prior adjustments and company's life. The results obtained in this study showed: 1-There is a high relationship between stock price and prior adjustments. 2- There is a high relationship between prior adjustments and the company's size. 3- There is no relationship between prior adjustments and company's life. پ
