Jurisprudence Study of Hoarding

The author studied meaning and concept of hoarding in the previous article. In this article, he tries to explain one other important point of hoarding; in other words, he indicated that the government should force hoarder to sell his commodities and price them. There are some questions in this regard as follows: 1. can Islamic government force hoarder to sell his commodities? 2. Is the governmentُ s duty to prohibit hoarder from hoarding? 3. What is people ُs duty when the government canُ t stophoarding? In the present article, the author applies jurisprudence reasons and Islamic viewpoints to answer above questions.
