The Principle of Retaliation and Reprisal Actions from the InternationalJurisprudence and Law Viewpoints

The principle of retaliation is a natural and rational rule that a lot of verses, anecdotes, Jurisprudents and scientistsُ theories confirm it. It also plays an important role in the present international law especially war and legitimate defense and interior penal law particularly retaliation in soul and wound. At present, one of important discussions in the international jurisprudence and law is permission and non-permission cases of performance to this rule and restriction of weapons military utilization by way of retaliation and in the form of armed reprisal actions that the illustration of this matter is impossible unless in light of knowledge to the general scope of this topic. It should be mentioned that from "Figh Imamieh " viewpoint utilization of military weapons for the kill of civilians retaliation is unallowable unless breakup of enemy's attacks and as a result Islam's Centrality protection would not be possible. According to the International humanitarian law, retaliation is forbidden too. But many countries are heedless to this law.
