Explanation the Capturing Plan for Accessing Tacit Knowledge

In today's post industrial society, knowledge is a key source. Since, a part of knowledge is being internal by the organization and the rest by the individuals. Therefore, control and supervision of knowledge activities are too complex in contrast with manufacturing activities. This paper takes into account the obstacles accessing of tacit knowledge by the higher education degree holders and with analysis to recognize how to access the plan for tacit knowledge. The learning-enrichment map is a basis for gathering the data. This design has seven phases as following: learning by practicing, writing an essay, coaching, making decision on the basis of modeling, simulation, training skills of knowledge’s creating and transmission, profound learning by applying special methods. The interfering variables are the nine intelligences of the knowledge workers. The tool of gathering data is questionnaire with 68 items. Sampling size is 65 K.W. based on 357 population size by stochastic stratified procedure. These Knowledge workers are working in department of planning and information, R&D activities, public and processing engineering department of the Iran National Petrochemical Company. According to the findings of this research, the organizations could make individual knowledge achievement possible, by using learning-enrichment model's approaches and so it would apply them to make better decisions and improve functions. In order to study the relationship between each of seven learning-enrichment model's approaches and intelligence kinds, correla `tion analysis has been used. The main contributions of this paper are the design of learning- enrichment model, its applied measures of each phases and the related efficiency to accessing a tacit knowledge.
