The relation between the emotional intelligence and nurse's job involvement

The present research is to find the relation between the emotional intelligence of casualty ward's nurses of Tehran's hospitals and their job involvement. Therefore 230 nurses were selected through random sampling and tested. The analysis indicated that emotional intelligence and nurses’ job involvement are significantly correlated to one another. Furthermore, there's the possibility to construct and present a model in order to predict the job involvement variable based on the emotional intelligence criteria (self awareness, social self awareness, self management and relation management).
