The Historical Importance of Rashid al Din Vatvat's Works

Our knowledge on Iran historical periods not only, incomparing, is not the same but sometimes there is great difference between them. Our information based on Kharazmshahian’s sources shows that this period doesn’t bear enough information in comparison with other ones. Remained historical texts from Iran historical periods belonging to the middle centuries, specialy Turkish, Ghaznavi, Saljoukian and Kharazmshahian governments, shows that Kharazmshahian for existing sources and researches carried on has got a lower place.This essay aims to recognize Rashid al Din Vatvat’s works, Atsez Kharazmshah’s chief historian, to evaluate the rate of facts of historical studies on Kharazmshahian dynasty.
