Survey of the Effect of Shiism on Social Capital Creation
In development conceptualization as a main goal of current society toward quality of life improvement, it can recommended that there are some fundamental guideline such as investment, productivity, technology and multitude in situations that economical strategies are prevalent. But paying attention to social capital context, development can defined as social relationship enrichment based on social trust and partnership willingness. In recent years the role of social capital - defined as the institutions and networks of relationships between people, and the associated norms and values - has risen to considerable prominence in programs development. Although development practitioners have long suspected that social capital affects the efficiency and quality of most development processes, this paper is the first to provide the empirical results needed to confirm that impression and translate it into effective and informed policymaking. This study tries to appear difference of social capital level between religious group members and others. Our results show that overall level of social capital in religious group members is more than others especially in trust, social partnership and some other factors. Our finding prove the role of shi’ism in people’s enrichment.
