Factors Affecting the Imports of Capital, Intermediate and Consumer Goods

Nowadays, the foreign trade is considered as one of the most significanteconomical aspects of all countries particularly of the developing countries. Theestimation of import demand has always been a great concern and a challengingissue for the economic and political authorities specially in the national, local andinternational strategic decision-markings.In this research, the type and the amount of the effects of some elements such as;the relative costs, the oil and gas revenues, the gross national product withoutconsidering oil and gas and the mine and industry value added on each of the importfunctions have been discussed.
