Designing the Mathematical Model for Allocation of Small Industries Budgets in Economic Sectors (Agriculture, Industry & Services)

In recent years, the importance of Small and Medium-Sized industries has increased in both the industrialized and developing countries. In Iran, the importance of SMEs is well recognized. Therefore, governments can present some support mechanisms for SMEs, which will contribute to solving a considerable part of unemployment problem and providing assistance to increase national production and exports and developing entrepreneurship as well. To this end, this important goal requires channeling the governmental aid properly so as to pave the way for social justice and poverty alleviation. In this paper, we pick budget allocation indicators and then determine goals in model programming by using the indicators which are obtained from their weights via an analytical hierarchy process. In this manner, we use the team AHP to identify the significance of each economic sector separately in each province (industry, services & agriculture). Finally, we detect the ideal model by using Lingo software.
